We collect the information you choose to give us when you make an enquiry, book a show around, call, email or register your child with us. This can include your name, contact details and details about your child and their care needs.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits, manage nursery places and keep you informed about your child’s care. We never sell your information and we only share it where it is needed to run the nursery or where the law requires it.
Services we use
Our enquiry form is provided by Famly and our show around bookings are handled by TidyCal. When you use these, your details are processed by those services under their own privacy policies. Our website also embeds Google Maps and hosted video, which may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for children’s records, and we store it securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. To do any of these, email info@auchinbee.com.
